IT'S OFFICIAL
In June,
2007, t he
Louisville Chapter of Trout Unlimited entered into an
agreement with Metro Parks to adopt Otter Creek.
As a partner we will assist in maintenance and
conservation of Otter Creek. This is known as the "Adopt
A Park" program.
Our work will be coordinated through
the Park Naturalist. Things we will participate in
will include stream clean-ups each year along with other
projects that will enhance the stream water quality.

Center picture includes:
Brian Lewis (Otter Creek Park
Naturalist), Roger Shott, Tom Walsh and Barry Morris.
Our first cleanup was held on April 28, 2007. It was
an exciting event.

2008 Otter Creek Clean Up |
|
Clean up was a great success. Tom Walsh says thanks to all
who came out and worked hard. Afterwards, some went fishing and had
success there also.

 |
A little work, a
little socializing, a little fishing.
What a great Day! |
