Steelhead Fishing Trip-2008
|
Louisville Trout Unlimited had a very successful trip steelhead
fishing in May, 2008. Everyone caught lots of fish and the camaraderie
was great. The guides were wonderful and put us on lots of
fish. Talk about some good fish stories...

Bluegrass, Brookies and Bows-2007 |

A trip to
Townsend, Tennessee was held September 28, 29 and 30, 2007. During
the daytime there was fishing
for brookies and rainbows, and of course trips to Little River
Outfitters. The streams in the park were extremely low, however
fish were caught. One of the locals said he had not seen the
streams so low in over 50 years. It is rumored that some of the group had good luck shopping. On Saturday 3 brave ones biked through Cades Cove. After dinner we enjoyed the bluegrass music
and clogging. This year two of our members participated after many
members had gone back to the motel. There was only one problem, they got in the back of the
clogging group, so no one could see them.
